Q: Are you trading company?
A: We are manufacturers. We have different machines to
produce products in economical way. We can arrange orders
as maximum as possible and do fast delivery.
Q: What is your main products?
A: Our main products are precise screw, special
non-standard screw, turning parts and high-end precision complex machined CNC parts,Assembly products etc.
Q: Could you send me your catalogue
and price list?
A: As we have more than thousands of products, it is
really too hard to send all of catalogue and price list for
you. Please inform us the style you interested, we can
offer the price list for your reference.
Q: When could I get the price?

Q: How do I get samples to have
quality check?
A: After the price is confirmed,samples can be requested to check our quality. Samples can be free
of charge if the goods are in stock . In some special case,sample charge should be paid.
Q: How long do I expect to get the sample?
A: After pay ing the sample charge and send us
confirmed files, the simple samples will be ready for delivey
in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express
and arrive in 3-5 workdays, You can use your own
express account or prepay us if you do not have
any account.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: We have many experienced employees, will run constantly 24 hours if needed. Thus, the fast delivery time can be guaranteed. Normally after we received your
payment, the lead time is about 5-7 days for customized
sample, 15-20 days for mass production. If need to make
mould, making mould time is one week.
Q: What about transportation and delivery date?
A: If the weight of goods more than 80kgs, usually we recommend delivering it by sea, it is roughly 20-30 days. The nearest port is Shenzhen port. If the weight of goods less than 80kgs. or there are some emergencies, it is urgent, we would send the urgent goods via air express,it is 3-5 working days.
Q: What’s your packaging?

A: Our normal packing is bulking in cartons, less than 20kgs/carton, 48 cartons/pallet. We also can pack the products according to your requirement. We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well to make sure to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest you check the goods once you receive them. If there is any transport damaged or quality issue, don’t forget to take the detail pictures and contact us as soon as possible, we will properly handle it to make sure your loss to reduce to the smallest.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually,our payment terms is TT 30% prepaid and balance 70% before delivery. For small amount, 100% prepaid via TT or Paypal.
Payment terms can be discussed by both parties.
